Wrong stuff?

  No, the title is very misleading although i have been hearing a lot of boo's circulate throughout Shea Stadium the past few nights. It has been a tough go of it this season for David as i can name a ton of people who have more rbi;s then David or even a ton of backup players that have more home runs than David. The weird thing is, The booing. Why in the world would so many met fans who supposedly love David more than anything and think that he is the most amazing player in baseball boo him because he had a 0-5 night. Its strict science that a baseball player will not go 2-4 every game or go 5-5. Everyone goes 0-5 once in a while but dont boo the guy because it stricly isnt his fault. So what hes struggling? Its one month into the season and besides he never was a home run hitter his whole career so i dont want to hear about the Home Run Derby either. David had 27,26 home run's the past two seasons and i really dont mind him doing that again.  Its just funny how every columnist i hear these days and every fan i hear while walking around in a David Wright jersey whisper, " Wow how are you wearing that jersey?, He has 0 home runs", Well my response is simple, He never was a home run hitter and he is a great average hitter and also is a great player on and off the field. People should really just let up on the abuse they give him as it is totally a joke to see these " Met fans" turn on the guy who has done so much for the community and so much for us met fans to believe once again, To believe in a guy who is 24 years old. 24 YEARS OLD! he is still a kid, and kids go into slump. I know he has had a rough season so far and has the same amount of Home runs as Willie Randolph, I just wish everyone can still cheer him and show the support that he needs to break out of the season slump. He has shown a glimpse of greatness over the past two seasons and has also shown a glimpse of Rey Ordonez but as of now, He will get out of this slump and i can say wholeheartledy that i was a fan of your's through thick and thin.

   No talk about tonight's game as i was totally sicknened to hear the fans actually boo their "savior" off the field in the 9th inning.
